Contact your local assessors or use the online tools provided by each state to view estimates of property assessments. After you retrieve your assessment information you can use our free property estimate page to see similar homes that have sold in your area.

Step 1a

If your assessor does not provide online information you can contact them direct and ask them to immediately send you a copy of your tax bill and see the questions for your assessor section.
