James J. Donovan

Mr. Donovan is the founder of Good Grievance and currently serves as the President of the Company. Prior to forming Good Grievance, Mr. Donovan spent 15 years in the finance industry. During this time he served at several firms as a licensed financial representative and general securities principal. He has held several positions as a sales manager and recently as president of Dividend Funding Corporation where he successfully applied a deep understanding of complex mortgage and finance issues. Immediately after completing schooling at Benjamin N. Cardozo, Mr. Donovan began his career in the commercial and residential construction industry. He is currently licensed in several states as a mortgage broker and has been affiliated with industry associations such National Association of Mortgage Brokers (NAMB), National Association of Securities Dealers (NASD), and The International Association of Assessing Officers (IAAO). He is currently licensed as a Property Tax Consultant.

Thomas M. Sato

Mr. Sato joined Good Grievance during 2008 and has overseen the development of technology for the Company. He is directly responsible for all software, alliance partnerships and affiliate programs. Prior to joining Good Grievance Mr. Sato acted as the Regional Sales Manager for NYLX where he was responsible for overseeing the expansion of the NYLX Pricing & Product Eligibility Software. Before joining NYLX, Mr. Sato was the Vice President of Business Development for searchmyloan.com, a Software-as-a-Service (SaaS) provider of loan eligibility products and programs. After completing schooling Mr. Sato held several positions in the mortgage industry, including Senior Account Executive and Regional Wholesale Representative with American Home Mortgage and Novastar Mortgage.

Tara A. Conroy

Ms. Conroy has been with Good Grievance since inception and is directly responsible for the customer service department. She coordinates all information processing and oversees our “update team”. Prior to joining Good Grievance Ms. Conroy owned and operated Signature Land Abstract, a multi-state provider of real property services. After graduating at the top of her class from Plattsburgh she worked at several law firms and land title companies.

Richard Busardo

Mr. Busardo oversees each of the operating and accounting functions of the Company. Richard joined the company after several years at Signature Land Abstract. Prior to working for Signature Land Abstract he was employed with Elecktra Land Abstract where he was responsible for overseeing production of commercial and residential land titles.
