Good Grievance was created by James J. Donovan, who recognized the need for a web-based platform that would provide property owners with the necessary tools to research and challenge their assessed property values through “web methods”. During 2009 Good Grievance began introducing unique Memberships that now allow Property Owners, Appraisers, Property Assessors and Review Judges to convene through the use of our secure web-portal. This “web method” significantly reduces each of the costs associated with the property tax review process. Our winning approach goes beyond creating a centralized assessing platform. This best of breed technology is purposed at “going green” and eliminating the archaic “paper model” that is currently being applied. This new model saves resources and money while saving the environment and local jobs across the Country. Our Corporate facility is conveniently located in Ronkonkoma, New York and is equipped with the latest emerging technology which positions Good Grievance to consistently pursue current data and quickly re-purpose the captured information for the benefit of our Members.
